Hi,
This review can either be in this thread or for the Xbox one thread as I bought the game on both consoles.
Anyway, Firstly I am sick of the bad reviews this game is getting. People are moaning about nothing basically.
Xbox one users who had EA access had 10 hours free gameplay on this game. People was really enjoying it until they bought it.
Right.. My thoughts when I started the game up.
Making your first golfer - Lack of customization - Not good at all. Limited hair, faces, clothes, shoes, etc.. Not a big problem though and Im hoping that EA will add more through the DLC?
Courses - There is 12 courses on the game, There is some fantasy ones too, Paracel storm (from Battlefield) will add a video later to show it you... Right. EA have confirmed there is going to be $60 of free DLC on the way for this game. You wont have to pay for it. It will be free. New courses etc People have been moaning about paying £5.49 for each course. This is not the case. So thank you EA.
Multiplayer - I am thoroughly enjoying this game from single player to multiplayer. I have been playing multiplayer alot with Bobbie, There is no commentary so it can get a bit quiet. But its fun, It reminds me of the days we had on the old ones. Its challenging, especially the putting (getting used to it slowly)
Would I recommend this game? Yes I would
What would you rate it? I would give this 7/10 (lack of customization) not a big problem though

My take on PGA Tour Golf 15
Graphics: - I'd say that the graphics aren't a problem but then again on the PS4 or XB1 they shouldn't be - so on that front everything is fine and the game looks lovely. Graphics 10 out of 10.
On player creation:...well, on Tiger Woods 04 for example you could spend hours (and I do mean hours) tinkering with your golfer and as you played you unlocked more content. Sadly, as consoles get bigger and better EA have reduced the player creation content to virtually nothing over the years. With such a small amount of options available it feels like it's running on a DS or something of that size. What is the reason for the lack of content? EA are too lazy to implement it. That must be the reason because the consoles have never been so powerful. To me this is an area that is important so I disagree with Hayley about it not being a "big problem. 1 out of 10 EA on creating your golfer.
Music: No real soundtrack to speak of. This is the first EA golfing game with no real music. Imagine if they did that with Fifa? Imagine Tony Hawks with no music. This game wouldn't be so bad if you could replace their music with yours (like you could on the Tiger Woods series) but no, either on or off...another step backwards for gamers. 3 out of 10.
Single-player: This is were it gets interesting. I'd say that it is perhaps the games strongest point. We don't have a vast amount to play with - but what we do have is all great. 10 out of 10
Multi-player: Its good but not brilliant. It's just past not bad to be honest. The reason I moan is because firstly there's stacks of things removed, again. Lots of lovely things Tiger had that would be nice here are sadly missing. Secondly, we need to be able to see peoples shots in multiplayer like the old days. 6 out of 10 for at least including it.
Gameplay: - Hmm. I'll be honest and say it plays lovely. But then Tiger did. Only lacking custom celebrations, which I miss.
DLC: I'm against DLC. So much so that I believe it shouldn't be available except under extreme circumstances - ie; for add-ons finished months after the game was released. But EA love DLC because it keeps the money coming in. I've been told that ALL the DLC will be free. At the moment only two courses are free to download. I'll keep my fingers crossed that EA keep there end of the bargain. 10 out of 10 (if they do) 2 out 10 otherwise.
Courses: 12 courses on the disk with two more available for download soon. TW04 had 20 for example. Overall I'd say 12 is just about average. More would have been better. 5 out of 10
Course Creation: This game has none, yep...none. Imagine being able to create a course and send it to your friends and family. EA missed a wonderful opportunity here. Why isn't it included? 0 out of 10
I know I'm sounding harsh here, but had EA fixed and added all of the things we had in Tiger Woods 09 then we'd have a great game. It is a good game it just doesn't feel a whole game.
Overall I'll give it a 6 out of 10. Is it worth £45? If it was complete, with all the things fixed and added then yes. But as it is now then no..I'd say about £15 is about right.
