Hey Guys,
Every week one of us will pick a route and we see who gets the best overall score by taking a screenshot of our evaluation paper. (Print screen and save it - or use YAFSScreen) It can be any route and from any expansion pack (add-on) or even a default course in the game.
The Rules:
The course/route must be at least 1 hour long. If it is not then you will have to add more routes to make up the time. Only routes from the same add-on are allowed. For example....if your route is on Donner Pass and it lasts 30 mins you MUST only pick another route from Donner Pass to make up the time. There is no limit to what time you can go up to - but be practical. Some routes do last more then 3 hrs and I would say that is long. But it is is entirely up to you what you wish to do and what you pick.
Everyone drives the same train - no exceptions.
Awards will be given out for completion of the route(s).
Bronze: is awarded for simply completing it no matter how many mistakes you make in the end. Note - the game must say you have completed it.
Silver: is awarded for no more than 5 mistakes.
Gold: is awarded for just 1 error/mistake/speeding etc.
Platinum: is awared for pure skill with no mistakes and keeping to time.
The screenshot must be clear and given to me. The deadline to hand them in is always Sunday 12.00 midnight - so do the route(s) well before then - if possible.
And finally..............
The route that is chosen weekly will be used as well for a speed race - just simply for pure fun. Stay on the track and drive your engine to the max. Don't bother about keeping to speed. Just stop at any red lights though. When you get to the finish line note your time (Screenshot it) and hope you've done it the quickest. If more than one route is chosen because of the time rule - then the route with the longest section of track will be used.
